Functional prototypes in 48–72 hours from Brescia, Italy

We turn your CAD into a testable part on timescales that fit industrial development cycles. No molds, no tooling, production-grade materials from the very first part, plus high-definition MSLA resin appearance prototypes for validating new products.

48–72 hour Express

From approved CAD to delivered part in 48–72 hours on a priority lane.

Real materials

Prototypes in the same polymer as the production part: real tests, not estimates.

Iterations in hours

New CAD revision today, updated part tomorrow. No mold costs.

Typical use cases

  • Form and fit validation of mechanical components
  • Functional prototypes for mechanical and thermal lab testing
  • Bridge parts before an injection mold goes into production
  • Calibration and commissioning of production machinery
  • Technical presentations and demos for stakeholders and customers

Recommended materials

  • Nylon PA12 (SLS): properties close to an injection-molded part
  • PA-CF (FDM): high stiffness for brackets and supports
  • Ultem 9085 / PEEK (FDM): heat-resistant and aerospace parts
  • SLA/MSLA resins (Tough, Rigid 10K, High-Temp): fine detail
  • Engineering PLA / PETG (FDM): low-cost form and fit validation

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions about industrial rapid prototyping.

On the Express lane we deliver single parts in 48–72 hours from the approved CAD. Pilot batches (5–50 parts) take 5 working days on the Rapid lane, or 7+ days at a reduced price on Economy.

For mechanical validation: Nylon PA12 SLS, PA-CF FDM, Ultem 9085 and PEEK. For appearance and dimensional validation: SLA/MSLA resins (Tough, Rigid 10K, High-Temp). For low-cost form and fit: engineering-grade PLA and PETG.

Yes, for most properties, when we print the prototype in the same base polymer as the final part (e.g. PA12 SLS vs injection-molded PA6). FDM anisotropy has to be accounted for at the DfAM stage; SLS parts are ~85–90% isotropic.
