3D printed jigs, fixtures, clamps and EOAT from Brescia, Italy
We produce custom industrial tooling for the manufacturers of the Brescia district and beyond: inspection jigs, assembly fixtures, clamps, painting masks, robotic grippers and end-of-arm tooling (EOAT). Iterations in hours, no mold costs, and materials from Nylon PA12 to continuous fiber composite.
Single tools in 48–72 hours
On the Express lane we deliver a single tool in 2–3 working days. Sets of 5–20 parts in 5 days.
Iterations in hours
Change the CAD today, produce the revision tomorrow. No mold costs, and the tooling keeps pace with your lines.
Metal replacement
Continuous fiber composite (CFC) and PA-CF replace 6061 aluminum at half the weight, with no corrosion.
What we make
Types of industrial tooling
Inspection and gauging jigs
Gauges, check fixtures and go/no-go jigs for in-line dimensional inspection.
Assembly fixtures
Nests and supports that locate parts for assembly, welding or bonding.
Clamps and soft jaws
Custom jaws for grippers and toggle clamps, plus workholding for CNC machining.
Painting masks
Masking fixtures for selective painting and surface treatments.
Robotic grippers (EOAT)
End-of-arm tooling for articulated and collaborative robots, light enough not to overload the motors.
Pick-and-place and guides
Custom suction cups, adaptive grippers, drill guides and functional test cages.
Recommended materials
The right material for every tool
Nylon PA12 (SLS)
Light, isotropic and non-marring on the parts it handles. Ideal for EOAT, grippers and pick-and-place.
PA-CF (FDM)
Nylon reinforced with chopped carbon fiber. High stiffness for clamps and jigs under load.
CFC composite (continuous fiber)
Up to 900 MPa tensile strength. Metal replacement for aluminum in structural tooling.
PEEK / Ultem
For high-temperature tooling (>150 °C), chemically aggressive environments or aerospace certifications.
Engineering PLA / PETG (FDM)
Low-load tooling and low-cost jig prototypes. Excellent price-to-performance ratio.
