FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions about industrial 3D printing, by industry.

We work with automotive, aerospace & defense, robotics and automation, oil & gas, electronics, marine, consumer goods, industrial manufacturing and fluid handling. For each industry this page lists concrete benefits, typical applications and recommended materials; all production takes place in our labs in Brescia, Italy.

The three applications with the highest return are line tooling (jigs, fixtures, EOAT) that iterates in hours instead of weeks, custom parts with no mold costs and short runs that avoid amortizing an injection mold. In regulated sectors such as aerospace, Ultem 9085 components with FST documentation complete the list.

There is no minimum: we produce from a single part up to small and medium runs. That is the key advantage for industries with fragmented volumes, frequent variants or occasional spare parts: you pay only for the parts you need, with no molds or dedicated tooling to amortize.
